The New Company Was Born
  • Created the design team structure and reporting system
  • Led the Fastaff Electronic Timesheet System redesign
  • Moved design management from external vendor to in-house team
  • Hired two designers to grow the team

Digital Transformation Begins
  • Established brand themes using design tokens
