About HIVE

Vanity Fair HIVE is a news site covering politics, business, and technology.
I led UX/UI design and art direction for its core templates; landing, player, article, and account pages. We launched the MVP on schedule despite a tight timeline.

UX Flow

hive_ux_flow

Based on the MVP scope, I mapped simple UX flows to define the user journey through the site.

Wireframe / sketch

hive_sketch

I sketched every template layout against the project requirements, mapping out content zones and ad placements for each page.

High-Fidelity Prototype

hive_mockup

Once the site’s look and feel was defined, I built full design templates across all breakpoints. During QA, I worked closely with frontend developers to refine details like spacing and image sizing.
